Risk to Know
An account with no customer-initiated transactions for 360 consecutive calendar days will be classified as Inactive.
An account with no customer-initiated transactions for 1,800 consecutive calendar days will be classified as Dormant.
Inactive and Dormant accounts may be subject to applicable fees in accordance with the Bank's prevailing fees and charges.
An account with a zero balance (IDR 0) for 6 (six) consecutive months will be automatically closed in accordance with the Bank's prevailing policies and procedures.
