Bambu Saving Account

Tabungan Bambu is saving account as a join product between CTBC Indonesia Bank and Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi Indonesia. It offers easiness and cozy way for customers to save and to do charity at the same time. The bigger amount of saving account balance will result in the bigger charity fund to be allocated for social humanity activities.

  • Additional balance amount of Tabungan Bambu can be done through:

    • Direct cash deposit in all CTBC Bank branch office

    • Fund transfer through CTBC ATM and ATM Prima/ALTO network

*)This is the value of funds excluding interest that the customer has received before tax. Customer savings in the Bambu Savings product are managed by CTBC Bank, the use of customer charity funds is channeled by Tzu Chi through its social and humanitarian activities.

Risk to Know


  • An account with no customer-initiated transactions for 360 consecutive calendar days will be classified as Inactive.

  • An account with no customer-initiated transactions for 1,800 consecutive calendar days will be classified as Dormant.

  • Inactive and Dormant accounts may be subject to applicable fees in accordance with the Bank's prevailing fees and charges.

  • An account with a zero balance (IDR 0) for 6 (six) consecutive months will be automatically closed in accordance with the Bank's prevailing policies and procedures.

Term & Procedures opening account


  • Fill in and sign customer data and account registration form.

  • Customer submit the required documents:

    • Copy of valid ID ( KTP / Passport).

    • Copy of NPWP.

    • Other documents that required for account registration.
