He was assigned to CTBC Indonesia in 2014 to 2016. From Indonesia, he was assigned to CTBC India with his last position as CEO of CTBC Bank Chennai Branch – India from 2017 until 2019 and returned to Indonesia in 2020.

Vincent Wen was first assigned overseas in 2015 as Chief Credit Officer (CCO) at Ho Chi Min City Branch, Vietnam. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and assigned to CTBC Bank Branch, India from 2016 to 2022. With more than 25 years of professional experience in Taipei, Vietnam, and India, he has strong robust in cross-border banking development and risk management.
